Committees are one of the most productive tools an association has to accomplish the organization’s goals and objectives. Whether you are chairing a committee or are a committee member, you face the challenge of getting involved in the work the committee was formed to accomplish. The recommendations of a committee often has a direct impact on the decisions made by the officers and the board of directors of the association. Plus, it’s a great networking opportunity. One of the best ways to get acquainted with BAAA members is through committee participation. Please look over the current committee listing, find one or two that interest you and sign-up. It’s that easy to get involved in BAAA. If you would like to participate in any BAAA committees, simply fill out the committee signup form, and we will add your name to the mailing list. You will receive information about the time and place of meetings and how you can become involved in the committee’s activities.
